| How often do I receive a new Camp Club USA directory? |

You will receive a new directory every year you are an active member. New directories are sent in January of the new year.

| What should I do when I find a Camp Club USA campground that I want to stay at? |
| |
When you find a campground you like, you should:
1. Call the campground to check on availability*
2. Identify yourself as a Camp Club USA member.
3. Confirm rate, surcharges and restrictions.
4. Show your Camp Club USA card when you check in.
* Some Camp Club USA campgrounds may not accept reservations,
while some may prefer or even require reservations. Check the campground listing
in the directory or online for each campground's preference. Later in 2007, you'll
be able to make reservations online 24/7.

Your valid Camp Club USA membership card is all you'll need as proof of your eligibility to receive the 50% discount.

| How is my rate figured? |

The rate you are charged will be 50% of the regular rate, subject to the
restrictions established by each campground.

| How do I pay for my stay? |
| |

Check the guidelines established by each campground; some accept cash and
checks, while others may also allow payment by credit card.

| How can I make sure the information I have on campgrounds is the most current
information?

| Are there any "special" rules that go along with membership? |

Each campground in the Camp Club USA network is individually owned, and
therefore will have its own rules relative to stays there. Please abide by
that campground's rules. It's as simple as that!
Please note: Some of the campgrounds in the program are private membership
campgrounds to which your Camp Club USA membership provides entry. Because
some of these private campgrounds may be selling sites to the general public, you may
be asked to take a tour while you're there. You are under no obligation whatsoever
to take a tour, but please free to do so if you wish.

| Am I guaranteed a site? |

All stays are on a "space available" basis. Campgrounds may limit their
availability during times when they would normally be full (such as holidays and peak
seasons). The guidelines which clearly state what time periods are not eligible for
discount are listed in your printed directory and on campclubusa.com.

| What exactly does "space available" mean? |
| |
|
If a campground has space available at the time you wish to stay, (subject to
their individual stated guidelines), you are entitled to stay there at the discounted
rate. Please note, if you arrive and notice empty spaces, don't assume they are
"available." The sites may be committed by the campground to someone else who has
made a reservation but not checked in.
