Q:   Who is AGI?
 
A:   AGI (Affinity Group Inc.) is one of the most respected names in the RV hospitality industry. Camping World, Good Sam Club, Woodall's, Motorhome magazine, Trailer Life magazine and Coast to Coast Resorts are just a few of the AGI related companies. AGI is the parent company of Camp Club USA.
 
 
Q:   Why is AGI launching this new club?
 
A:   There is a void in the marketplace for a discount camping club which gives members access to campgrounds of consistent quality. Helping you turn your unused sites into income creates tangible benefits for you and for members - a very good thing!

Another way AGI is committed to growing this industry is by developing a reservation system (available in 2007) for campgrounds who wish to participate. Making it easy for RVers who are becoming more internet "savvy" to find and use campgrounds will be a big benefit to all.
 
Q:   Is there any cost for my property to participate in Camp Club USA?
 
A:   No. There is absolutely no cost to you to participate in Camp Club USA.
 
Q:   Is internet access required?
 
A:   No. However, if you decide you want to participate in the reservation system which will be available in 2007, Internet access will be required. Details on this will be announced when available.
 
Q:   What are the basic terms covered in the Participation Agreement?
 
A:   The Participation Agreement is simple!
You will agree to:
  • provide active members of Camp Club USA with all the amenities, services and privileges available to your regular customers. This includes maintaining clean, secure campsites and facilities and providing a friendly environment where members feel welcome.


  • provide a 50% discount on your published rates to active Camp Club USA members on a space available basis.


 
Q:   Will a campground directory be published for Camp Club USA?
 
A:   Yes, a directory will be available on the Internet and in printed form. To be included in the printed directory for the upcoming year, you must submit a signed agreement by the end of the previous September. If you submit a signed agreement after September, you will still have a full listing on the Camp Club USA website and will be included in any additional e-mail and print campground updates.
 
Q:   Why should I become a Campground Participant in Camp Club USA?
 
A:  
  • You have absolutely nothing to lose! Why not make money by filling your unused sites?


  • As part of the Camp Club USA network of properties, you'll be promoted throughout the 60+ Camping World stores.


  • You'll receive free listings in the Camp Club USA directories.


  • You'll be able to link your website to the Camp Club USA website if you wish.


  • You'll be invited to participate in cooperative marketing efforts through Camp Club USA.


  • You'll receive the Camp Club USA's electronic newsletter.


  • You'll have access to the Camp Club USA Campground Services staff.


  • You'll have a non-exclusive license to display the Camp Club USA logo on your website and printed materials.
